Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
Cash on Delivery orders: ₹50 COD handling fee per order.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer for remote locations, public holidays, extreme weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch using the contact information entered during checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after courier pickup.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please provide a complete address, correct postcode and reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact sageware.in@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.
