These terms govern purchases made through sageware.in. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

Products and pricing

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, availability and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Prices shown are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders

An order is accepted after confirmation and availability checks. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other operational reasons. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

Payments and COD

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders include a ₹50 handling fee. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy. The return request window is 7 days from delivery.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with store operation, infringe intellectual property rights or use the site for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sageware is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier delays or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
